August and September 2020 Men’s Morning Haverim Group

Our Men’s Haverim group started reading through and discussing the book of Hebrews for the months of August and September. See the schedule at this link. I’ll be posting brief summaries and thoughts we discussed from each session. We meet every weekday from 8 to 8:30 am EDT – contact me if you’d like to attend a session.
For the outline and session plan, we’re following the chapters of the book “Hebrews: Living by Faith” by John Oakes and Robert Carillo. The book is recommended for both our group and for the upcoming Sunday sermon series on Hebrews at the Hampton Roads Church. The church series will likely follow a different outline, but the current plan is to use the book for midweek lessons. Note that a limited number of books are being provided by the HRC for $5 – see your region leader to get a copy.
Below is an index of the blog posts, with links to make it easier to follow the series. Please let me know if you have any comments or if you’d like help in setting up your own “haverim” group.
